We collect the information you give us when you join our list, rate songs, comment, book us, license music, or send a wholesale inquiry: your username, email, cell number, and what you write. We use it only to run this website, reply to you, and send II UNORTHODOX news if you joined the list. We do not sell your information. Forms are processed by our host, Netlify. Purchases are processed by our checkout partners (Payhip for digital downloads, elasticStage for vinyl and CDs), and their privacy policies apply to the payment and shipping details you give them. Refund policy

Digital downloads: because files are delivered instantly, sales are final, except when a file is faulty or you were charged in error. Email us within [14] days and we will fix it or refund you. Vinyl and CDs: made to order by elasticStage; damaged, defective, or wrong items are handled under elasticStage's returns policy, shown at their checkout. Shipping policy

Vinyl and CDs are manufactured on demand and shipped by elasticStage from the United Kingdom to the countries they serve. Production and delivery estimates, shipping cost, and any customs duties or import taxes are shown at checkout before you pay; import charges collected by your country are the buyer's responsibility unless the checkout says otherwise. Digital downloads are delivered by email and download link immediately after payment. [Confirm countries served, including China, with elasticStage before marketing there.]

Music download license

When you buy a download, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to listen to the music for your own private use on your devices. You may not resell, share, broadcast, publicly perform, sample, or use the music in videos, ads, or other productions. For those uses, request a license on our License / Booking page. Taxes
